Conflict between co-workers is one of life’s greatest stressors and can have a negative impact on both the individuals involved, and at times, the entire department.

This practical presentation covers several effective strategies for dealing with difficult people and interpersonal problems. The program will also discuss the keys to avoiding and resolving conflict.

The presentation will include helping participants to better identify their individual skills and abilities, develop a personal mission statement and learn to more fully pursue their purpose in their current job.
